Holy Name Men’s Club Mission Statement
Msgr. John McDonald,† the first pastor of Holy Name Parish, is credited for organizing the Holy Name Men’s Club in 1961 and was also a charter member along with Juan Balleza, Bill Wengler and Alois Kolodziejcyk and others. At one time the Holy Name men’s club would fill the meeting room with members.
Throughout the years the Men’s Club has held many fund raisers to help support many of the Parish needs. Until the pandemic the Men’s Club sponsored the Kickapoo, Lucky Eagle Casino, day trips every other month to provide funds for the much needed Parish needs.
“The primary mission of the Men’s Club today, is to help raise funds to support the current maintenance projects of our Parish.”
We invite all men, members of the Parish and 21 years of age or older to join us in that endeavor.
The Men’s Club meets on the second Monday of each month at 7:00 P.M. in the Holy Name’s Activity Center Cafeteria for a casual meeting.

November 06, 2022 Holy Name Men’s Club Kickapoo Day Trip Update
As we all know the Men’s Club Kickapoo Casino day trips had ceased because of the pandemic. A few parishioner have called and asked if the Men’s Club is sponsoring or is going to sponsor Kickapoo day trips in the future. I have contacted the bus companies that provide bus transportation to the Kickapoo Casino and have been told that the Kickapoo Casino is no longer contributing to the Senior Casino Day Trip Program which was the reason we could offer the day trips for $35.00 per person.
The only way we can offer Kickapoo Casino day trips now is at full bus fare prices. The lowest bus price we are able to offer at this time for the Kickapoo Casino day trips is $45.00 per person with a full buss of fifty (50) paying passengers. Below is a flyer with the details.
