Registration Going on Now!
Registration forms may be requested by email to ibickel@holynameusa.org, picked up at the parish office during office hours M – TH. 9 am –
5 pm (closed for lunch 12 – 1) or in the church foyer.
Registration fee is $40 one child & $10 additional child. First Communion Fee is an additional $10 fee. Confirmation Fee is an additional $15 fee.
